Shipping and Handling Costs
Costs depend on location, package weight, and handling time. Mailing list subscribers may receive free shipping and handling on qualifying orders during special promotions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days, but items must not be used and must be in their original condition and packaging. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Upon approval of returns, refunds will be issued, minus a 5% restocking fee, 5% handling fee plus all shipping charges.

CANNAWICK HEMP WICK CARTRIDGE MONTHLY AUTO-SHIP SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM:
Enrollment in our monthly auto-shipment service for CannaWick Hemp Wick Cartridge refills is entirely optional, providing customers with the flexibility to cancel at any time with a minimum notice of seven (7) business days before the scheduled shipment. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made outside of this specified timeframe. The monthly shipment date aligns with the sign-up date. By opting in, customers agree to automatic payment processing using the saved payment card. Shipments will not be fulfilled in the absence of payment card details. In the event of a declined transaction, we will attempt to notify the customer once via their preferred contact method. Failure to respond will result in automatic subscription cancellation without further notice. Subscriptions lacking saved payment information will be terminated after 30 days without notice unless payment details are voluntarily provided by the client. Clients will not receive prior notification from our end. This program primarily aims to enhance customer convenience and offer discounts. Customers may cancel and rejoin the program at any time at no extra cost.
