You might wonder why I’m sharing how to spool refills while also being in the business of selling our hemp wick cartridges. The truth is, I’m not expecting to get rich from this. As a former smoker and hemp wick user, I believe that using hemp wick with a flame source for lighting fires—rather than solely relying on lighters—helps reduce plastic production and the staggering amount of plastic waste in landfills and oceans. A lighter’s lifespan is prolonged tenfold when used with hemp wick, and the minor inconvenience of lighting the hemp wick is small compared to the benefits of reducing plastic waste.

My goal is to help reduce, or at least make a slight dent in, plastic overuse and overproduction by providing CannaWick to those who use a lighter daily. CannaWick is designed with fire safety, convenience, and portability in mind. If it ever breaks or a part is lost, I will send a replacement free of charge (though shipping costs will apply).
